Charles Lynam

Charles has been a member of senior leadership teams and as a board director for businesses associated with investment and funds management, family office leadership, healthcare technology, corporate advisory, banking, agriculture and engineering.

His international experience includes working in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong and China, and global leadership positions with responsibilities also across Europe, Asia and the USA.

He manages and advises a range of start-up and established businesses, including

• Commercial Director of HosPortal, Australia's leading rostering, on-call and messaging software for public and private hospitals.

• Independent Chair of Longworth Capital, the investment management vehicle of an Australian family office.

• Advisory Board member to Rauland Australia, a leading provider of nurse call and healthcare technology to hospitals and aged care facilities.
